How It Works
All you need to do it activate the Shoe Repair and Leather Goods feature in your CleanCloud account, and you're off! The Cobblers Direct team will contact you to provide your onboarding kit, marketing collateral and instructions. Once you're up and running, customers simply walk in with their items for repair, you enter a repair order for them directly into CleanCloud, and then take their items at the counter.

You’ll use our pre-paid shipping labels to mail items to Cobblers Direct, who will handle all customer questions and repair-related communications. Once repairs are completed, Cobblers Direct will ship the items back to your location, and your customer will receive an email alert that their order is ready for pick-up. It’s that simple!
