  3. Scan QR code and place a repair order on your smartphone
  4. Drop off your items with a DSW associate at the front counter

Your items will be shipped to our repair facility in Austin, TX for expert repair. Once complete, the items will be returned back to your local DSW for pickup and payment. SO EASY!
