For hardware repairs, we will use aftermarket components to match as closely as possible.
ATTENTION: Before mailing in your boots, if you see any deterioration of the leather midsoles and welts above the rubber tread, please submit a photo to us HERE so we can determine if they can be repaired or not. If your boots have been worn well into the welt area (especially at the heels), additional custom leather repairs may by required.
